I grew my body in the gym by heavy lifting, that doesn’t mean you can’t get fit at home. YES you can tone and grow your booty at home, to further build and grow your booty drastically I recommend challenging yourself and buying my Gym Booty Guide after you finish the At Home Booty Guide. Both guides are great, but your long term results will be better at the gym
Everyones bodies are different. I saw results within a few weeks to a month, and my 6th month transformation I looked like a different person. Most of my clients see results within a few weeks to a month, but you can't be so focused on the timeline. You need to have this drilled in your brain, THE TIME WILL PASS ANYWAY. You need to be committed to a full lifestyle change. You can't just be committed for a month or two... to keep your results you need to be working out forever, make sure your reasoning behind the gym isn't a short term goal. The motivation goes away, the lifestyle and dedication stays forever!
